The Alpine Fellowship is a group of writers who seek to understand others, including opposing viewpoints, and diverse voices. They host an annual symposium that brings together writers from around the world. This year, they’ll be hosting a symposium in Switzerland; the setting looks amazing. The theme of this year will be “identity.”
This year they are offering £20,000 in cash awards, as well as invitations to the conference. They are offering awards in 3 categories: Writing, Visual Art, and Theatre.
The prize for art is £2,000, for writing £10,000, and for theatre £3,000.
Writers can enter by submitting a piece of writing up to 2500 words on the theme of identity.
The contest is open to all nationalities and all genres of writing. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
The deadline to enter is April 10th, 2019.
