The Journal of Territorial Maritime Studies (JTMS) is a semiannual publication that covers territorial and maritime issues in East Asia and the world. They welcome “research articles (up to 9,000 words) and short papers, commentaries, and reviews (up to 4,000 words) on territorial and maritime studies.” They offer an honorarium of $1,000 for articles that pass peer review and are selected for publication.
