93 Publishers Seeking Food, Recipes, and Nutrition Writing

With so many people stuck at home, there is a lot more cooking at home happening, and that means people are spending more time searching for recipes, learning new cooking techniques, and generally, being more aware of what they eat.

It goes to follow that there is still a lot of demand for food writing.

With that in mind, here is a list of publishers that pay for writing about food and nutrition. This is a huge list, covering a huge variety of sub-topics. Payment rates vary considerably, and have been listed when available.

This list is drawn from the database of publishers available exclusively to members of Writing Launch. That database includes over 1700 publishers, and is updated weekly with new publishers, calls for submissions, etc. (Note that Writing Launch is not currently open for new members.)
